'Tech for Good' : Tietoevry - NASSCOM Foundation CSR initiative

Tietoevry India partnered with NASSCOM Foundation to provide mentorship support in technology by professionals at Tietoevry.

Tietoevry partnered with NASSCOM Foundation on the "Tech for Good" program, an initiative that closely aligns with our company's vision of creating purposeful technology that reinvents the world for good. Professionals from Tietoevry mentored eight non-profits over three months to guide them on using technology to address some of their key social challenges.

It is called the ‘Social Innovation Catalyst’ program and is meant to foster innovative use of technology to create social impact. The program aims to drive technology-led innovation for the Base of the Pyramid (BoP) population, by developing solutions to address gaps in key developmental areas and foster inclusive growth.

The objective of the ‘Social Innovation Catalyst’ initiative is to empower and encourage NGOs and other non-profit organizations to use technology and build solutions for solving day-to-day problems faced by communities. Through this initiative, we want to help NGOs working in Healthcare, Financial Inclusion and EduTech by providing them with catalytic grants along with the opportunity to connect with mentors who can offer insights and advice and help them build relevant solutions and scale their reach to intended social sectors.
