The challenge

The client approached us to support in enhancing capabilities to their FSM solution to target multiple field-service organizations (Servicers), both Enterprise and SMBs. The enhancements would need end-customers (users) of Servicers to easily create, track and reschedule their ServiceOrder and maintain profile of all service interactions; and Servicers to customize and scale their FSM service delivery meeting their real-time functions.

The solution

Multiple SaaS-based responsive-design portal solutions to address enhanced capabilities and incorporate efficiency in various FSM components like management of ServiceOrder, Workforce, Contract, Dispatch and Scheduling optimizations, and Tech Mobility solutions. These solutions are highly configurable architecture, built for integrations into both clients' FSM backend system like Claims, Logistics, Inventory, Analytics, and external systems like Payment, QuickBook and the likes.

These cross-browser portals enable users​, a seamless feedback-based experience in solving their Service requests. The portal management features enabled Servicers to customize banding, structure workorder flows, re-use existing templates, integrations to notification channels and other backend systems. The client's portal supported multi-tenant capabilities to address growing needs of this market globally.​
