EVRY is looking for Head of Cognitive Center of Competence (CCoC)

EVRY’s ambition is to be the leader of cognitive  solutions in the Nordic market and a key initiative in EVRY is the  establishment of Cognitive Center of Competence (CCoC). The mission of the EVRY  CCoC is to provide centralized thought  leadership, direction, and expertise to  harness and sustain the value of cognitive computing by guiding, both  operationally and strategically,  the evolution  of a cognitive business transformation. 
 
The CCoC will be organized under EVRY Cloud Services, a business area in EVRY with mandate to enable EVRY and its customers in adaptation and use of bleeding edge digital capabilities. EVRY Cloud Services is a dynamic team of highly skilled and driven people, characterized by their  abilities to think and act proactively, and we work close together to reach our  goals.  Head of CCoC will be an instrumental role for the EVRY  transformation and for EVRY Cloud Services. This is most likely one of the most  interesting positions in the Nordics as the responsibility is to head EVRY’s  cognitive strategy, ensure growth of capabilities and ability to execute  cognitive engagements, drive the adoption throughout EVRY and enable  collaboration across all divisions.

One who can see the ‘big picture’ from  customer’s perspective and support EVRY’s management in the definition of the  cognitive strategy combined with the ability execute the defined strategy. Role description: Head of Cognitive Center of Competence  
The Head of CCoC is the overall responsible person to  drive a cohesive definition for the EVRY enterprise cognitive strategy, promote  evangelize and set expectations   
 
  • Support management in the definition of Cognitive strategy within EVRY  
  • Define the cognitive roadmap to actualize the cognitive strategy  
  • Share your vision on the possibilities of cognitive computing  
  • Plan for Business Level sponsorship  
  • Identify and maintain partnerships and outsourcing relationships and opportunities  
  • Plan and manage talent expertise and skills  
  • Validate CoC best practices
