EVRY has been an active participant of the Early Adopter Program for Azure Stack for more than two years. During this period, we have driven development and provided feedback to the product group working on Azure Stack at Microsoft. We have also tested and validated the platform as part of the Azure Stack development program.
We view Azure Stack as the logical development of the private cloud that allows us to offer customers a number of services, with numerous features and platform services from Microsoft in addition to our own services. We have therefore been eagerly awaiting this day:
We can now finally announce that, together with Dell EMC, and as one of the first companies in the world, successfully deployed a customer-ready, production version of Azure Stack.
This allows EVRY to provide the same familiar Azure functionality in combination with our own services; such as customer service, application management, monitoring services, backup, restore services and security. Hardware and platform are administered and maintained at EVRY's datacenters in Norway and Sweden.
