Rapid changes are the new normal for the private and public sectors alike. This is also true for customers in the SME segment. In order to increase the speed at which they innovate and to strengthen their competitiveness, customers will in the coming years need to transition their IT systems to cloud based solutions. EVRY`s ambition is to be the best partner for its customers during this transition.
With its customer-centric organisation and in-depth industry knowledge, EVRY facilitates its customers’ rapid achievement of digital gains. EVRY has built up a position as an advisor and independent supplier of cloud services for its customers. By using its Cloud Management platform, EVRY is able to transition its customers’ systems to cloud solutions, thereby enabling them to take advantage of the broad range of cloud solutions from all leading providers.
In 2015 EVRY and IBM entered into a unique long-term partnership that has been very well received by customers. The partnership has led to new world-class hybrid cloud solutions being set up in the Nordic market. EVRY is therefore expanding its partnership with IBM so that regional and SME customers will be able to take advantage of these benefits as well and get access to world-class cloud solutions.
EVRY will continue to lead the development of value-adding services and will combine these with IBM’s innovative cloud technology and global scale. This will give customers market-leading infrastructure, allowing them to be even more agile in their digitalization efforts and to benefit from faster times-to-market for new services.
“We are now expanding our successful partnership with IBM in basic operations services to our regional and SME customers. What this will mean for these customers is quicker time-to-market for new cloud-based services and leading-edge infrastructure platforms. This will enable our customers, also in regional and SME segment, to be even more competitive and successful in their respective market. Our collaboration with IBM fits perfectly with our ambition of being the leading independent provider of cloud services and solutions in the Nordics”, comments CEO Björn Ivroth of EVRY.
“Having proven the strength of our partnership with EVRY in the first year and the value it can deliver in the marketplace, we are pleased to continue our digital transformation journey with them. Following our recent opening of an IBM cloud data center in the Nordics, we are now investing to extend the reach of our partnership across industries and expanding it with IBM Bluemix,” said Martin Jetter, Senior Vice President, IBM Global Technology Services. “In doing so, we are assisting EVRY to address today’s customer demands in the markets EVRY does business in and help ensure it is able to bolster its competitive advantage and market leadership for the long term.”
EVRY´s customers in the Nordics will gain access to leading cloud technology based on IBM Bluemix. As part of the expanded partnership, IBM will take on 460 employees from EVRY’s delivery organisation.
