IT-professionals rank EVRY as the industry’s most attractive place to work

Out of the Norwegian IT-companies EVRY is ranked as the industry's most attractive in the new Universum survey for 2017. A big leap from the 2016 survey.

The global employer branding organization Universum conducts a yearly survey which aims to find out what employers are the most attractive in Norway. In this year’s survey IT-professionals rank EVRY as the business’ most attractive workplace.

EVRY makes a leap from the 7th place in 2016, to the 4th place in 2017. The only Norwegian company in front is Finn.no. This makes EVRY Norway’s most attractive IT-company. The survey also reflects the trend from previous years with EVRY climbing the ranking. Up from 7th place in 2016 and 12th place in 2015.

– In the past year EVRY has been in the front of digitization in Norway. We’re happy that our efforts have shown results and motivates both graduates and experienced IT-professionals to apply for jobs here, says EVRY CEO, Björn Ivroth.

– Our recruits experience a steep learning curve and get to work in international teams with our important partners and customers in the Nordics.
Two of EVRYs young talents, Tone Marie Wahlström and Aron Azzout went to the official Universum awards in Oslo to receive the prize for “Best in business” on behalf of the company.

– This year we’ve had more than 600 new colleagues joining us. So it’s not hard to notice that we’re an attractive employer, says Tone Marie.

– I think people want to work on a different range of projects and a variety of customers. In EVRY you’re not bound to just one technology or sector. You can start our working with customers in banking and finance and after a while move on to customers in telecom and logistics. Opportunities are bigger in large and diverse companies.
