Personal data that may be collected
The personal data we collect about you in a business setting is limited to things that usually is written on your business card, such as name, title, company, address, e-mail and phone number. In some cases, we may also ask you for additional information related to work, such as industry and company size.
When you browse our website, we also collect and store certain data automatically using cookies and similar techniques, such as IP addresses, region, browser type and usage information.
How your personal data is collected
We collect data when you fill out a form to download e.g. a white paper, subscribe to our blog or our newsletters or give other information on our website, e.g. registration for webinars, event or seminar via the contact form.
Visiting our site
You can visit our site without sharing personal data. EVRY uses Google Analytics and cookies to improve our service and to analyze how the site is used. The data collected and then relayed by Google Analytics is anonymized traffic data such as browser information, device and language. The collected data is used to create an overview of how the website is used.
Filling in a web form
If you choose to contact us during your visit to our website, personal contact information may be saved in our CRM system. The data you enter in a form is managed and stored so that we can contact you and answer your request. Once you have chosen to contact us, we also link your user history to the website in order to optimize your experience (e.g. improve navigation and content delivery). This information is stored for up to 2 years.
Signing up for an event
Registration for our events is done via our marketing automation tool, our CRM system and the event handling system. Processing of your personal data happens inside and between these systems. This information is stored for 5 years and then automatically deleted.
Sending us an email
If you contact us by email, either as a customer, partner or for any other purpose, your email will be processed for the purpose for which you have contacted us. The processing of your personal data and how long the data is saved can therefore vary depending on which legal basis EVRY has for the processing of your request.
Applying for a position at EVRY
If you apply for a position at EVRY, we store and manage your data for recruitment purposes, such as, e.g. contacting you if you are suitable for the position. Your personal data is stored in our recruitment system for 12 months and is then automatically deleted unless you choose to stay registered. If you register in the EVRY talent pool management system, your information is stored for 24 months before being automatically deleted. If you agree to receive future recruitment opportunities, we may also store your data for a predefined, future period in order to possibly contact you for another job.

The data collected will not be sold, transferred or disclosed to any other company outside the EVRY Group without your consent - except where it is necessary to provide the product or service you have requested. Cookies on our website do not collect or store personally identifiable information unless you fill in and submit a form on the website. Information of your website visit may then be combined with your data and stored in our CRM system to provide you with a better customer experience.
You can retract your consent at any time and delete stored cookies. To do this you can search for information on how to delete the cookies on your browser and follow these instructions. You will then be regarded as an anonymous visitor on your next visit to our website.
Why do we need your data?
We use the personal data collected to communicate with you, to respond to your inquiries and to improve our services, but also to provide other information and offers that may be of interest to you.

Why may we process your data?

EVRY will process your data as long as necessary depending on the data you have provided to us and only for the purpose you have provided the data. If that purpose no longer exists or if you withdraw your consent for EVRY to process your data, EVRY will delete the data.
Protecting your personal data
EVRY is vigilant about the security of personal data. When collecting data about you, we also ensure that the data is protected against unauthorized access, loss, manipulation, forgery, destruction or unauthorized disclosure. This is done through technical security measures.
Who do we share your data with?
Your data is shared within the EVRY Group, as many of the IT systems used by EVRY are common. EVRY has companies in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Latvia, UK, Bulgaria and Ukraine and India. For companies situated outside the EU / EEA EVRY has data exporting agreements with the required safeguards for third country processing.
Your rights to request, modify and delete personal data
You always have the right to request information on the data we have stored about you. You can do this by contacting us at email@example.com. We will then make sure that you receive a copy of the data we have on you. To be able to do this securely, we may ask you to verify your identity. We will send you this data digitally, unless you ask otherwise.
If you believe the data we have stored about you is incorrect or out of date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can update it. Information that is no longer needed for its purpose is deleted on a periodic basis.
You can at any time request to get your data deleted from our systems and records if the data is obtained by EVRY with your consent or if EVRY does not have any other legal basis for processing your data. If you would like to be removed from our systems and registers, please submit a request to us at email@example.com.
