EVRY introduces Facebook at Work: A new tool for change.

EVRY is a changing business within an industry of transformation. To stay in front, we must speed up our own communications.

On 1. June, EVRY introduces Facebook at Work as our new channel for company internal news and discussions. Within the year, close to 10,000 employees will be included in our internal EVRY Facebook at Work community.

The one-way and well-moderated news feed of the traditional intranet can no longer keep up with today’s information flow. This is why EVRY is adopting Facebook at Work as its new internal communication channel.

To become more transformative and flexible, and speed up the changes EVRY now opens up information sharing for all employees, filtered by the Facebook algorithm and driven by the engagement of each and every employee.

"Employee Engagement & Culture" is one of the five crucial actions and must-win battles EVRY is addressing in 2016, as CEO Björn Ivroth has stated. With a 10,000-strong organisation spanning nine nations, effective information sharing is key.

The goal is to increase agility and decision making, speed up knowledge sharing, strengthen working relationships, and enhance engagement and culture across the EVRY group.

By relinquishing traditional control over the internal news feed in favour of increased employee engagement, we will speed the flow of information between the stakeholders who need it the most.

We are proud and excited to be among the first to implement Facebook at Work.
